The work comes from being able to keep multiple points of view in mind at the same time then applying correct discernment. Knowing can sometimes be mistaken for magical thinking.

Directions:  ¼ cup per bath.  Use a few days in a row and then once a week for as long as you like.  More often is fine as well.
