Then we have trauma, grief, and loss that shakes us to the core, shatters us, and we end up in an energetic spin - our compass is broken and we spin. You might even find yourself literally spinning and in constant confusion. Take this time to surrender and breathe.

Take the time needed to rest and heal one step at a time to find your way back to stability, strength, and self-care. The way back is a choice.

Directions:  ¼ cup per bath.  Use a few days in a row and then once a week for as long as you like.  More often is fine as well.
